Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of productions, from long form documentaries and reality television to children’s television, corporate videos, and promos. Each project has its own unique set of challenges and sources of inspiration. As an editor I continually look forward to finding new ways to develop characters and engage the viewer.
Developments in post-production technology have made the role of the editor ever expanding. The challenge for an editor, now more than ever, is to combine an artistic sense with technical knowledge. I use my knowledge of various editing programs and computing platforms only as a means to create well crafted stories in a variety of styles.
